螺旋 CT 对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断及鉴别诊断价值简

目的分析结节性甲状腺肿的CT诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2004—2012年来有完整临床资料并经手术病理证实的结节性甲状腺肿30例。结果结节性甲状腺肿的CT主要表现为：（1）受累甲状腺增大，其中普大型8例，结节型20例；平扫时受累甲状腺密度减低。（2）甲状腺内结节，单发结节5例，多发结节25例。结节大小不一，平扫时结节多呈低密度，强化后多种强化方式的结节病灶共存于同一受累甲状腺内。结论CT对于结节性甲状腺肿的诊断及鉴别诊断有重大价值。

CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of nodular goiter

Objective To analyze CT findings and their diagnostic value in nodular goiter. Methods CT findings in 30 patients of nodular goiter, confirmed by pathology, were retrospectively analyzed and the correlation between CT imaging and pathology was reviewed. Results （ 1 ） 28 cases of nodular goiter were identified as enlargement of bilateral level,with diffuse enlargement in 8 cases and nodular enlargement in 20 cases. All the 30 cases were found reduced density in thyroid in plain scan. （ 2 ） The nodules in thyroid were classified into a mono-nodular type （ 5/30 ） and a multi-nodular type （ 25/30 ）. CT features demonstrated that the nodules were in different sizes, with reduced density in plain scan and different types of enhancement in same thyroid in enhancement scan.
