奥施康定治疗慢性癌痛的疗效观察简

目的观察奥施康定（盐酸羟考酮控释片）治疗慢性癌性中、重度疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法对64例慢性癌性中、重度疼痛患者给予口服奥施康定，奥施康定起始剂量10mg／12h，在用药过程中根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量，所有患者均连续用药4周，分析治疗后的镇痛效果、不良反应情况、生活质量评分。结果64例慢性癌性中、重度疼痛患者使用的奥施康定最小剂量10mg q12h，最大剂量60mg q12h。其中中度疼痛患者的显效率为100．0％（20／20），重度疼痛患者的显效率为90．9％（40／44），全部患者总的显效率为93．8％（60／64）。最常见的不良反应为便秘，发生率为21．9％，给予对症处理后．症状得到明显改善，患者的生活质量明显提高。结论奥施康定治疗慢性癌性中、重度疼痛疗效确切，有效率高，不良反应轻，能显著改善癌症者的生活质量。

Curative effect of oxycontin on chronic cancer pain

Objective To observe the analgesic effect and adverse effects of oxycontin （ oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets） on moderate and severe chronic cancer pain. Methods 64 patients with moderate and severe chronic cancer pain were selected. Oxycontin was administered at an initial dose of 10mg every 12h. The dose titration was set according to the extent of pain relief. All patients received this therapy for 4weeks. Analgesic effect, quality of life and side effects were observed. Results The doses ranged between 10rag every 12h and 60rag every 12h. Among the 64 patients suffering moderate and severe chronic cancer pain, pain relief provided by oxycontin was 100% （20/20） in patients with moderate chronic cancer pain,90.9% （40/44） in patients with severe chronic cancer pain and 93.8 % （60/64） for all patients in general. The most common adverse event was constipation, with the incidence of 21.9%. Symptoms improved significantly after symptomatic treatment. Life quality of the patients distinctly enhanced. Conclusion Oxycontin is effective for moderate and severe cancer pain with few adverse effects and can improve patients＂ quality of life significantly.
