腹膜假黏液瘤误诊1例报告及文献复习

目的 探讨1例腹膜假性黏液瘤(PMP)的误诊经过,以减少临床误诊。方法 回顾性分析1例PMP临床资料。结果 结合该患者确诊过程并参考相关文献,总结该类患者的临床特征(发病年龄、好发人群、确诊方法、治疗预后),得出通过一些影像学检查如B超、CT可以提示,但需要病理及免疫组化进行确诊,减瘤术与热灌注治疗相结合被认为是治疗此疾病最佳方案。结论 PMP临床罕见、早期临床症状不具特异性,易漏诊误诊。

Misdiagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei:a case report and literature review

Objective To investigate the pseudomyxoma peritonei(PMP) treatment process and the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of PMP was analyzed retrospectively,combined with the patient diagnosis process and reference related literature to summarize the clinical features of these patients including age,high risk population,diagnosis methods,treatment,and prognosis.Results Some imaging tests like B-ultrasonography and CT were good for diagnosis,however,pathologic and immunohistochemical tests were necessary for confirmation.Curative resection combined with hot perfusion therapy was considered to be the best treatment of this disease.Conclusions Early clinical symptoms of PMP are not specific which tends to be misdiagnosed.Such disease is rare and more case reports are needed for study.
