瑞吡司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘临床疗效观察

目的：观察瑞吡司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月—2013年3月该院收治的CVA 患儿120例，随机分为研究组（60例）和对照组（60例）。在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予孟鲁司特，研究组给予瑞吡司特，观察两组患儿的疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果两组患儿在疗效、肺功能指标改善情况、不良反应发生情况和复发率上均无显著性差异（P 均大于0．05）。结论瑞吡司特能在治疗儿童 CVA 上疗效与孟鲁司特相当，复发率较低，无明显不良反应，值得在临床上加以推广和应用。

Clinical effect observation of repirinast in treatment of cough variant asthma in children

Objective To observe clinical efficacies of repirinast for treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA)in children.Methods From February 2012 to March 2014 in Wuxi Children’s Hospital,120 children with CVA were randomly assigned into research group (60 cases)and control group (60 cases).On the basis of conventional therapy,the control group received montelukast,while the re-search group was given repirinast.The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results There were not signifi-cant differences in efficacy,improvement of lung function,adverse events and recurrence rate between the two groups(P >0.05).Con-clusions Repirinast can achieve the same efficacy as montelukast in the treatment of children with CVA,which has the advantages of low recurrence rate as well as insignificant adverse reactions and is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinic.
