牛膝多糖降糖作用实验研究

摘    要:目的观察牛膝多糖对不同高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响.方法采用ALX.Adr建立糖尿病模型,连续用药4 d后,分别测定各组小鼠的血糖或肝糖原.结果牛膝多糖对正常小鼠血糖无明显作用,但显著降低四氧嘧啶及肾上腺素模型小鼠含量;同时提高四氧嘧啶模型小鼠肝糖原含量.结论牛膝多糖对高血糖小鼠具有明显降糖作用.

Abstract:Aim To observe the effects of achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides (ABPS) on the different hyperglycemic models respectively. Methods Normal mice,mice model of alloxan(ALX) induced diabetic mellitus (DM), mice model of adrenalin(Adr) induced diabetic mellitus(DM) were used. Result ABPS had no significant effect on the blood glucose of normal mice,but could markedly decrease it of ALX DM and Adr DM mice model and increase the amount of hepatic glycogen of alloxan mice model. Conclusion ABPS has an effect of decreasing the blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice.
