| 摘 要： | 目的观察胸／腹腔灌注维拉帕米及化疗药物的疗效和毒副作用。方法57例恶性胸／腹腔积液，胸腹腔联合灌注维拉帕米及化疗药物，1个周期治疗后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果胸／腹腔灌注的有效率（CR＋PR）为89．5％，其中胸水的总有效率（CR＋PR）为88．9％，腹水的总有效率（CR＋PR）为90．0％。Ⅰ度胃肠道反应（42．1％），2例Ⅱ度消化道反应，灌注部位轻度疼痛（22．8％），发热（19．3％），白细胞下降（10．5％）。结论维拉帕米联合化疗药物胸／腹腔灌注可以提高胸腹水治疗的有效率。
