补肾化瘀方对药流后雌孕激素的影响及调经作用临床研究

目的观察补肾化瘀方对药流后阴道出血、月经恢复及雌孕激素的影响。方法将100例早孕妇女随机分成治疗组60例,对照组40例。两组均行药物流产,治疗组流产当天用补肾化瘀方,对照组不用任何药物,观察两组相关指标。结果治疗组出血时间、出血量、月经恢复时间、流产后7d血清孕激素水平及14 d优势卵泡大小与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀方可减少药流后阴道流血量,缩短出血时间,促进卵泡发育和月经恢复。

Clinical study on effect of the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation on estrogenic and progesterone hormone and promote the menstruation recovery probably after drug-induced abortion

Aim To observe the effect of the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation on vaginal bleeding,menstruation recovery and estrogenic and progesterone hormone after drug-induced abortion.Method One hundred patients with premature pregnancy were randomly divided into the treated group(60cases)and the control group(40cases).After drug-induced abortion,the treated group was treated with the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation on the same day,while the control group was not treated.Then observe the difference of related medical index between the two groups.Result The difference of time and capacity of vaginal bleeding,menstruation recovery,the reducing of progesterone on the 7~(th) day after drug-induced abortion and diameter of superiority ovum on the 14th day after drug-induced abortion,between the two groups was significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation can effectively reduce the capacity of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,promote the ovum growing and the menstruation recovery.
