| 摘 要： | 多不饱和脂肪酸(Polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs)是脂肪酸的一种,其碳链上有两个或两个以上双键。研究发现饮食脂肪酸对血脂代谢、冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)及动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的发生有重要作用,尤其是PUFAs对血脂有正向调节作用,有利于降低心血管疾病发生的危险度系数。已有大量的文献对PUFAs的调血脂作用及其机制进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),whose carbon chain with two double bonds at least is one species of fatty acids.Dietary fatty acids,especially PUFAs,was reported to play a pivotal role in plasma lipid metabolism,coronary heart disease(CHD) and atherosclerosis(AS).PUFAs can regulate positively blood-fat and decrease obviously the risk factor of cardiovascular disease.Up to date,there are a great number of documents on the mechanism and action of PUFAs in regulation of serum lipids. |
