3. 0 mm 透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后角膜散光的临床观察

目的 观察3.0 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后角膜散光及角膜形态变化特点.方法 收集年龄相关性白内障患者53例（77眼）,实施3.0 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化联合折叠人工晶体植入术.检查术前,术后3 d、1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力及行角膜地形图检查观察散光变化.结果 平均角膜散光度术后1个月较1周明显减少,两者比较有显著性差异,3个月与1个月比较无显著性差异,即1个月时视力明显提高且趋于稳定.结论 角膜地形图可准确全面反映白内障术后角膜形态变化.3.0 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化联合折叠人工晶体植入术具有术后角膜散光小,视力恢复快等优点,是较理想的白内障手术切口方法.

A clinical study on corneal astigmatism after the cataract phacoemulsification with 3.0 mm clear corneal incision

Objective To explore the change of corneal astiglnatisln after the cataract phacoemafsification with 3.0mm cleat＂ corneal in- cision. Methods Visual acuity and corneol topography of 32 cases （41 eyes） that had undergone clear corneal incision cataract phaco- emulsification were analyzed preoperatively and at 3 days,1 week,1 month,3 months postoperatively. Results Average corneal astig- lnatisln was decreased obviously 1 month after operation compared with lweek after operation, There was significant difference. Conclu- sions Computerized videokeratography system is an effective way to measure precisely the change of corneal topography after cataract surget7. Phacoelnafsification combined with fold artiphakialens miplantation with 3.01nln corneal incision may be a safe and effective method to treat cataract for smaller corneal astigmatism and quicker visual recovery.
