| 摘 要： | 目的分析2 157例剖宫产手术指征。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学附属安庆医院2008～2010年2157例剖宫产病例资料。结果剖宫产率高达69.49%,主要指征依次为社会因素(42.23%)、妊娠并发症及并发症(21.65%)、瘢痕子宫(7.14%)、胎儿宫内窘迫(6.82%)等。3年来,社会因素一直为剖宫产指征的第一位,且逐年升高。结论降低社会因素为指征的剖宫产率需要医务人员和社会力量的共同努力。

| Abstract: | Aim To analyze surgical indications of 2 157 cases of caesarean section.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of 2 157 cases of cesarean section in Anqing Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University from 2008 to 2010.Results The cesarean section rate was 69.49%.The main indications were social factors（42.23%）,pregnancy complications and complications（21.65%）,uterine scar（7.14%）,fetal distress（6.82%） and so on.In these three years,social factors had been the first indications of cesarean section,and increased year by year.Conclusion To reduce social factors as indications for cesarean section requires medical personnel and social forces to work together. |
