快速康复护理在食管癌胸腹腔镜联合围手术期的应用

目的 探讨快速康复护理在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术病人围手术期护理中的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年3月至2017年3月安庆市立医院住院78例年龄≤75岁胸腹腔镜联合食管癌病人,采用随机数字表法分为干预组(39例)和对照组(39例),对照组采用“传统护理观念”模式进行护理,干预组采用“食管癌快速康复理念”模式进行护理,比较两组病人的临床护理效果。 结果 对照组和干预组依次为病人术后排气时间[(3.0±1.2) d比(1.1±0.3) d]、术后住院时间[(12.1±2.5) d比(8.0±1.5) d]以及住院总费用[(4.1±1.5)万元比(3.0±0.5)万元],两组比较,均差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。 结论 快速康复护理在围手术期的应用,可有效促进胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术病人康复,加快术后排气,减少术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in thoracoscopy and perioperative period of esophageal cancer

Objective To analyze the curative effect of application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing for patients who have received laparoscopic and thoracoscopic Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy.Methods Seventy-eight cases of less than or equal to 75 years old, diagnosed with esophageal cancer and hospitalized to receive laparoscopic and thoracoscopic Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy from March 2016 to March 2017,were randomly assigned into two groups:intervention group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases).The control group adopted the traditional nursing care and intervention group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing care.Two groups were compared in the aspect of the effect of clinical nursing care.Results A comparison was made in the postoperative intestinal exhaust time[(3.0±1.2) d vs. (1.1±0.3) d],the postoperative hospitalization duration[(12.1±2.5) d vs. (8.0±1.5) d] and expenses [(41 000±150 000) RMB vs. (30 000±5 000) RMB],between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period can effectively promote the recovery of those who have received laparoscopic and Thoracoscopic Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy,accelerate the postoperative intestinal exhaust,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the postoperative hospitalization duration and expenses.
