呼吸道酵母样真菌感染的菌种分布类型及药敏检测

目的了解本院呼吸道酵母样真菌感染类型及耐药情况。方法通过对呼吸道送检标本进行专门真菌分离培养，通过用法国梅里埃API AUX C鉴定板和ATB FUNGUS3药敏板对分离的真菌进行鉴定和药敏检测。结果383例痰标本中共检出酵母样真菌58例，其中白色念珠菌23例，热带念珠菌13例，季也蒙念珠菌7例，近平滑念珠菌6例，光滑球拟酵母样菌4例，克柔念珠菌3例，葡萄牙念珠菌2例。5-氟胞嘧啶总体敏感率93．3％，总体耐药率1．7％，总体中介率5％。两性霉素总体敏感率98．3％，总体中介率1．7％。氟康唑总体敏感率77％，总体中介率16％，总体耐药率7％。伊曲康唑总体敏感率73．6％，总体中介率24％，总体耐药率3．4％。伏立康唑总体敏感率89．6％，总体耐药率3．4％，总体中介率7％。结论由我们的结果可得出临床真菌感染种类较多，耐药情况也有所不同，因此进行真菌感染检测和药敏检测很有必要。

Respiratory tract′s various candida infections and antifungal drugs susceptibility

Aim To investigate respiratory tract＇s candida infections and antifungal drugs susceptibility in Tongling Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine. Methods We cultivated the specimens of respiratory tract, isolated candida from these specimens and detected candida through API AUX C and ATB FUNGUS 3. Results In 383 specimens of sputum we found 58 candida strains,23 candida albicans strains, 13 candida tropicalis strains,7 candida guilliermondii strains, 6 candida parapsilosis strains, 4 candida glabrata strains, 3 candida kruse strains,2 candida lusitaniae strains. 5-FU total susceptibility was 93.3% ,total resistance wasl. 7% ,total intermediate was 5% ; AMB total susceptibility was 98.3% ,total resistance was 0% ,total intermediate was 1.7% ; FCA total susceptibility was 77% ,total resistance was 7% ,total intermediate was 16% ; ITR total susceptibility was 73.6% , total resistance was 3.4% , total intermediate was 24% ; VRC total susceptibility was 89.6%, total resistance was 3.4%, total intermediate was 7%. Conclusions We come to the conclnsion that clinical candida species are various, and their resistance is different, so we should strengthen the monitoring of candida in- fections and their antifungal susceptibility testing.
