血管内介入治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤

目的 通过总结颅内复杂动脉瘤的介入治疗技术,探讨血管内介入治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2006年1-7月期间,在蚌埠市第三人民医院就诊的23例颅内复杂动脉瘤病人,行血管内介入治疗的临床经验.通过术前、术后影像学评价及格拉斯哥结果量表(GOS)预后评分,评估血管内介入治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的临床效果.结果 23例颅内复杂动脉瘤中,支架辅助+弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤治疗11例,行单纯支架治疗2例,均为致密栓塞无复发,单纯弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤10例,4例瘤颈残余,5例复发,出院后随访3~12个月,GOS预后评分:良好者20例,不良者3例.结论 血管内支架辅助的方法治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤效果肯定,是一种安全、合理、有效方法,但需合理选择支架的种类、大小及应用条件.

Endovascular interventional treatment for complex intracranial aneurysms

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endovascular interventional treatment for intracranial complex aneurysms by summarizing the interventional treatment technology of complex intracranial aneurysms.Methods The endovascular treatment of clinical experience were assembled by retrospective analysis of 23 cases of intracranial complex aneurysms in patients in department of neurosurgery of the third people′s hospital of bengbu from to January 2006 to July 2016.By the preoperative and postoperative radiographic evaluation and Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS) score,the clinical effect of the interventionaltreatment of complex intracranial aneurysmswere evaluated.Results 23 cases of complex intracranial aneurysms,11 cases of treatment+stent assisted coil embolization of the aneurysms,underwent stent in the treatment of 2 cases were no recurrence,dense embolization,coil embolization of aneurysm in 10 cases,4 cases of residual aneurysm neck.5 cases of recurrence after discharge were followed up for 3-12 months.The prognosis of GOS score 20 cases,3 cases of bad.Conclusion Endovascular stent assisted method is a safe,reasonable and effective method for the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms.
