疣状胃炎与T淋巴细胞亚群的相关研究进展

疣状胃炎（varioliform gastritis,VG）,即隆起糜烂性胃炎,是慢性胃炎的一种特殊类型;其临床表现无特异性,但发病机制特殊,某些机制目前尚不明了;相关研究提示其发病与幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori,HP）感染、胆汁反流、过敏、胃酸分泌异常等因素有关;而T淋巴细胞亚群在疣状胃炎的发生过程中所起的免疫学机制尚不明确,国内外对该领域的相关研究亦较少,该文就T淋巴细胞亚群在疣状胃炎方面的研究做一简要综述.

It is considered that the disease and Helieo bacter pylori （ H. pylori） infection, bile reflux, allergy, abnormality of gastric acid secretion and other factors ; and immunological mechanism of T lymphocyte subsets in the process of variolifom Gastritis of is not clear, domestic and foreign related research on this field is less, this paper a brief review on the study of T lymphocyte subsets in varioliform gastritis.
