摘    要:目的优选珠子参粗多糖的提取工艺。方法以珠子参粗多糖的含量为指标,先采用单因子实验获得水提法提取珠子参粗多糖的最佳料液比、提取次数、提取时间。然后根据单因子实验中的实验结论设定恰当的3个水平,通过正交实验,最后获得粗多糖提取的最佳提取工艺。结果对珠子参粗多糖含量影响因素的大小依次是料液比、提取时间、提取次数。结论珠子参粗多糖最佳提取工艺为:料液比8:1、提取次数3次、提取时间3h。
