奥美拉唑和奥曲肽联合治疗肝硬化并静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效分析

目的观察奥美拉唑和奥曲肽联合治疗肝硬化并静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法对2002年12月至2008年12月收治的肝硬化并静脉曲张破裂出血患者60例，随机分为治疗组（20例）和对照组A（20例）、对照组B（20例），治疗组在一般治疗的基础上采用奥美拉唑和奥曲肽联合治疗，对照组分别单用奥美拉唑和奥曲肽治疗，三组分别连用3d。结果治疗组与对照组A、B平均止血时间分别为（18±7）h、（34±7）h和（25±6）h。总有效率分别为90．0％、65．0％和70．0％。治疗组与对照组有效率比较，差异有显著统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑和奥曲肽联合应用是治疗肝硬化并静脉曲张破裂出血的有效方法。
