摘    要:目的为了验证不同产地丹参中丹酚酸类成分是否都是采后干燥诱导的产物,分别测定四川、山东、陕西三个主要产区新鲜样品晒干后主要化学成分含量的变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定了新鲜和晒干丹参中6种酚酸和4种丹参酮类成分的含量。结果新鲜丹参样品中丹酚酸类成分含量甚微(丹酚酸B〈0.41%),但晒干样品中含量显著增加(丹酚酸B≥3.0%)。晒干后样品中丹参酮类成分含量也有明显增加。结论不同产地丹参的重要成分丹酚酸B都是采后干燥胁迫诱导的产物。

Significant promotion of post-harvest drying on contents of bioactive components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge from different producing areas

Abstract:Objective To measure contents of mian chemical components in Danshen samples from Sichuan, Shandong and Shaanxi respectively before and after drying. In order to verify whether salvianolic acids are the post-harvest drying induced products in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge (Danshen). Methods The contents of 6 salvianolic acids and 4 tanshinones in fresh and dried samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Salvianolic acids contents in fresh samples were minor ( salvianolic acid B content 〈 0.41% ), but they increased significantly after drying ( salvianolic acid B content ≥ 3.0% ). Tanshinones contents were also obviously increased after drying. Conclusions Salvianolic acid B, the important component in Danshen,is the product induced by post-harvest drying stress.
