摘 要: | 目的:探讨药剂科实施质量管理的效果,为药剂科的工作提供参考依据。方法:选取我院药剂科在2013年1月—2015年1月期间实施质量管理的相关数据作为研究组、在2010年12月—2012年12月期间没有实施质量管理的相关数据作为对照组,2组间的药品管理情况及患者对工作的满意度情况进行比较分析。结果:研究组患者对药剂科工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),出现药品滥用、药品过期及药品损坏的情况明显低于对照组。结论:将质量管理应用于药剂科中,可有效保证药品质量,对药剂科及医院的发展有重要意义。

Abstract: | ABSTRACTObjective: To explore the effect of the implementation of quality management at the pharmacy department so as to provide a reference basis for the future work of pharmacy.Methods: The related data from January, 2013 to January, 2015 during the implementation of quality management at department of pharmacy in our hospital were selected as as a study group while the data from December, 2010 to December, 2012 without the implementation of quality management were selected as a control group. The situation of drug management and job satisfaction in patients were compared between two groups. Results: The satisfaction of patients to the job of pharmacy department was signiifcantly higher in the study group than control group (P<0.05) while the incidence of the abuse, expiration and damage of drugs was obviously lower in the study group than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Application of quality management at the pharmacy department can effectively guarantee the drug quality and has important signiifcance for the development of our pharmacy and hospital. |
