| 摘 要： | 额颞叶痴呆的早期表现不一，临床难以识别，易误诊为精神疾病，从而影响治疗。本文基于1例额颞叶痴呆患者的诊疗过程和转归，阐述淡漠症状作为早期临床表现对于行为变异型额颞叶痴呆早期诊断的重要价值。

The importance of apathy symptom for early diagnosis of behavioral variant of frontotemporal dementia:one case report |

| Abstract: | The frontotemporal dementia (FTD) manifests widely different symptoms in early stage, so it is often unidentiifed in the beginning or easily misdiagnosed as psychosis, thus its treatment will be delayed. This article described the course of diagnosis and treatment and outcome of a FTD patient, and discussed the importance of apathy symptom for early diagnosis of behavioral variant of frontotemporal dementia. |
