特定分组式健康教育在社区糖尿病管理中的应用

目的：探讨糖尿病患者特定分组式社区健康教育在2型糖尿病社区管理中的应用价值及意义。方法：选取2014年6月—2015年5月打浦桥街道社区卫生服务中心中海团队208例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为研究组108例和对照组100例，两组均采用常规糖尿病治疗，研究组再给予特定分组式糖尿病健康管理措施。干预后，比较2组患者空腹血糖（FPG）和糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平、以及中医糖尿病证候评分。结果：干预1年后，两组FPG、HbA1c水平以及中医糖尿病证候评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者特定分组式社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者起到明显降低血糖水平作用，对疾病防治具有积极影响。

Application of the health education with speciifc grouping method in the community diabetes management

Objective: To explore the application value and significance of the community health education for the diabetic patients with speciifc grouping method in the community management of type 2 diabetes.Methods: From June 2014 to May 2015, 208 cases of type 2 diabetes were selected in Zhonghai Team of Dapuqiao Community Health Service Center and randomly divided into a research group with 108 cases and a control group with 100 ones. The patients in the two groups received the routine diabetes treatment; meanwhile the research group was given the diabetes health management measures with speciifc grouping method. After the intervention, the levels of FPG and HbA1c, the TCM syndrome scores of the diabetic patients in the two groups were compared.Results: After 1 year of the intervention, the differences of FPG, HbA1c, and the TCM syndrome sores between the two groups had the statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: The community health education for the diabetic patients with specific grouping method in the community management of type 2 diabetes plays a significant role in reducing blood glucose level, and has a positive impact on the prevention and treatment of the disease.
