| 摘 要： | 探索二级医疗机构临床药师专科化培养模式，使基层医院有指导性地培养专科临床药师。阐述“三带二带一”临床药师专科化的培养方式是目前条件下较为可行的一种培养模式。二级医疗机构实行临床药师专科化培养，更有利于快速解决基层医院对临床药师需求的矛盾。

| Abstract: | To study the training model of specialization for clinical pharmacists in secondary medical institutions in order to guide primary hospitals to instructively cultivate some specialized clinical pharmacists. The training model that tertiary hospitals instruct secondary hospitals and secondary hospitals instruct primary hospitals is comparatively feasible under the current situation. The training model of specialization for clinical pharmacists implemented in secondary medical institutions is more helpful to rapidly solving the contradictions that the clinical pharmacists are urgently required in primary hospitals. |
