| 摘 要： | 目的 了解治疗中重度妊高征的时机与用药原则.方法 收集本院2002-09-2004-04、住院分娩的255例妊高征患者,按轻、中、重度分组.其中：中重度妊高征患者152例,再按单用硫酸镁治疗组和硫酸镁加用其他降压药物治疗组,分析2组围生儿体重、Apgar评分及死胎率的情况.结果 对中度妊高征患者,单用硫酸镁与同时再加用降压药物治疗,2组比较对围生儿窒息无差异;但对重度妊高征患者改善围生儿窒息情况有积极意义.结论 重度妊高征用硫酸镁加用降压药物治疗,对改善新生儿Apgar评分及死胎率有积极意义.
