| 摘 要： | 目的分析液相色谱-串联质谱联用法测定曲克芦丁血药浓度的不确定度。方法用自底向上法与方法学验证数据相结合的方法,计算各分量的相对标准不确定度和合成相对不确定度,并给出测量结果的扩展不确定度。结果1ng.mL-1曲克芦丁的扩展不确定度为0.53 ng.mL-1。结论标准曲线和前处理是最大的不确定度来源。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination concentration of troxerutin in human plasma.Methods Determine the plasma concentration by LC-MS/MS and appraise the un-certainty.Results The expand uncertainty of 1 ng·mL~(-1) was 0.53 ng ·mL~(-1).Conclusion The uncertainty of this experiment Was mainly caused by the calibration curve and the sample pretreatment. |
