| 摘 要： | 目的：研究如意珍宝丸新制剂及各提取部位对谷氨酸导致 PC12细胞（大鼠肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞瘤）损伤的修复作用并筛选有效活性制剂或部位。方法培养 PC12细胞，MTT 法测定细胞活性。加入30 mmol·L －1谷氨酸造成 PC12细胞损伤，用酶标仪测定细胞存活率，测定细胞培养上清液中一氧化氮的含量、乳酸脱氢酶漏出量及超氧化物歧化酶活性，观察如意珍宝丸新制剂及提取样品对谷氨酸导致的 PC12细胞损伤的修复作用。结果与结论如意珍宝丸的一些新剂型及某些提取部位可以修复由谷氨酸造成的细胞损伤，提高细胞存活率，降低一氧化氨含量，减少乳酸脱氢酶漏出率，增加超氧化物歧化酶的活性。

Study on protective activities of Ruyi Zhenbao Pills′new preparations and each extraction site for chemical damage model of PC12 cell |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the restore activity of new preparations of Ruyi Zhenbao Pills and each extraction site for injured PC12 cell induced by L -glutamid acid (Glu),and screen the preparations or sites with effective activity.Meth-ods 30 mmol·L -1 Glu was added into the cultured PC12 cell,MTT method was used to measure the survival ratio of cell. NO,LDH,SOD were observed to evaluate the activities of new preparations and extraction simples.Results & Conclusion Some Ruyi Zhenbao Pills preparations and extracts can reduce the cell damage induced by Glu,increase the survival ratio of cell,decrease contents of NO and LDH,and improve the activity of SOD. |
