Livin与Fas/FasL在肺癌中表达的意义及其关系

摘    要:目的 检测肺癌组织中Livin和Fas/FasL的表达水平,研究它们与临床病理特征的关系及其相互关系,为肺癌的早期诊断、治疗及靶向药物研发提供线索.方法 采用免疫组织化学来检测肺癌组织216例、癌旁肺组织90例、肺良性病变组织45例中Livin、Fas和FasL基因的表达情况.结果 Livin在肺癌组织、癌旁肺组织、良性病变组织中阳性表达分别为:63.43%、14.44%、13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<O.01);Fas在肺癌组织、癌旁肺组织、良性病变组织中阳性表达分别为:53.24%、83.33%、86.67%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Fas表达与病理学分级相关(P<0.05);FasL在肺癌中表达、淋巴结转移与病理学分级及TNM分期相关(P<0.05).结论 研究结果提示Livin和Fas/FasL可能作为凋亡相关的基因参与了肺癌的发生发展.

Abstract:Objective To study Livin protein expression in lung cancer and its relationship with the expression of Fas and FasL.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Livin,Fas and FasL in 216 cases of lung cancer,90 cases of adjacent tumor tissues and 45 cases of benign pulmonary disease tissues.Results The positive rate (53.24%) of Fas in lung cancers was significantly lower than that in adjacent tumor tissues (83.33%) and benign tissues (86.67%).The difference was significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of Fas associated with pathological types is differentiation(P <0.05);The positive rate of FasL was related to clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and pathological classing(P <0.05).Conclusion Our findings suggested that Livin and Fas/FasL may be the apoptosis-related gene involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
