比色法测定广西产千里光药材中吡咯里西啶生物碱的含量

目的：建立广西产千里光药材中吡咯里西啶生物碱的含量测定方法。方法采用比色法，以阿多尼弗林碱为对照，检测波长为565 nm，测定广西产千里光药材中吡咯里西啶生物碱的含量。结果在1.02~16.32μg·mL-1的浓度范围内，阿多尼弗林碱对照品浓度与其吸光度呈正比关系（ r＝0.9997），平均回收率为98.9%，RSD为0.70%（ n＝6）。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为控制本品质量标准的一种方法。

Determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi by colorimetric method

Objective To establish a method for the determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi.Methods The determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi by colorimetric method,comparing with adonifoline,and the detection wavelention was 565 nm.Results Linearity of adonifaline was good at 1.02~16.32 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7).The average recovery of buddleodide was 98.9% with RSD=0.70%(n=6).Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and repeatable,and can be used as an indicator for controlling the quality of this product.
