| 摘 要： | 紫海胆长期为沿海渔民所食用,经提取得紫海胆提取物SNC。药理实验证明,SNC有雄激素样活性,能明显增强机体免疫功能,升高血红蛋白,增强小鼠运动耐力等作用。未见毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Strongylocentrotus nudus tastes nice and is a popular food among the fishermen living along the seaside. SNC ( Strongylocentrotus nudus Compound ) has been extracted from Strongylocentrotus nudus. The recent experiments in our laboratory showed that SNC had an andro-gen-like effect in rats and it could strengthen the immune activity in mice, increase the hemoprotein in mice and increase the animal-organism movement resistance.
The toxic experiment showed that SNC exhibited no toxicity in mice and dogs. Therefore SNC will be a potential marine drug worthy of further studies. |
