| 摘 要： | 目的采取单独或联合使用次黄嘌呤、尿酸酶抑制剂方法,观察受试动物大鼠血清尿酸的变化,探讨复制大鼠急性高尿酸血症模型的方法。方法采用次黄嘌呤灌胃给药,尿酸酶抑制剂腹腔注射给药,分别测定造模后不同时段大鼠血清尿酸值。结果联合使用次黄嘌呤和尿酸酶抑制剂,各剂量组在造模后3h血清尿酸值均升高,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。次黄嘌呤500mg·kg-1和尿酸酶抑制剂50mg·kg-1组血清尿酸值在造模后3、6、9h均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论灌胃给予次黄嘌呤,同时腹腔注射尿酸酶抑制剂,可使大鼠血清尿酸值急性升高。

| Abstract: | Aim To observe the fluctuation of uric acid in serum after replicating rat hyperuricemia model with hypoxanthine, uricase inhibitor singly or combined. Discuss the method of acute hyperuricemia replication on rats. Method Hypoxanthine was administered via stomach, uricase inhibitor was injected intraperitoneally, then inspect the uric acid in serum at different periods of time. Results When we combined hypoxanthine with uricase inhibitor, the uric acid in serum of different dose groups was higher than control group after 3 hours(P<0.05). Hypoxanthine(500 mg·kg-1) administered via stomach with uricase inhibitor(50 mg·kg-1) inject intraperitoneally ,increased the uric acid in serum of rat after 3,6,9 hours(P<0.05). Conclusion Administering hypoxanthine via stomach and uricase inhibitor intraperitoneally to rats can raise the uric acid acutely. |
