| 摘 要： | β-榄香烯是中药温莪术中的一种有效成分,它能抑制某些肿瘤的增长。我们的实验表明,β-榄香烯浓度为0.0074mol/L至0.0172mol/L时对RNA聚合酶有明显的抑制作用;加入β-榄香烯后DNA融点下降,吸收光谱移位及荧光强度增加,表明本品与DNA相结合。

| Abstract: | β-elemene that is an element of the Essential oil of the Cuicu-ma Wenyujin showed appreciable anticancer ability. The experimental results showed that the RNA polymerase activity was inhibited by β-elemene at concentrations of 0.0074 mol/L~0.0172 mol/L. The study of thermal denaturation indicated that the Tm of DNA was decreased after adding β-elemene. The fluorescent analysis of β-elemene bound to DNA showed that the intensity of fluorescence was increased. The peak of absorption of DNA was shifted from 260 nm to 240 nm after treatment with β-elemene. |
