| 摘 要： | 高尿酸血症和痛风的发生是遗传和环境因素相互作用的结果,其中遗传性因素近年来尤其得到广泛的关注。导致高尿酸血症和痛风的主要遗传性因素包括嘌呤代谢过程中关键酶的缺乏、遗传性肾脏功能障碍和其他遗传代谢病。该文主要从以上3方面对遗传性因素导致的高尿酸血症及痛风的研究进展进行综述,并对该疾病研究的发展趋势进行展望。 |
