银杏苦内酯对急性胰腺炎大鼠的治疗作用及机制

摘    要:观察血小板活化因子受体特异性拮抗刘银杏苦内酯(BN52021)对牛磺胆酸钠诱导的急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠的治疗作用及其对胰腺组织丙二醛(MDA).SOD和Ca2+的影响。结果表明:BN52021显著降低AP大鼠死亡率,延长平均存活时间、降低血清淀粉酶活性、减轻胰组织病理损伤;显著降低胰组织Ca2+含量和MDA含量、提高SOD活性。提示BN52021对AP大鼠有一定治疗作用,此与其抑制钙超载、清除自由基有关。

Abstract:The therapeutic effect of Ginkgolides(BN52021),a selective plateletactivating factor(PAF) receptor antagonist,on acute pancreatitis(AP),and its influence on the changes of the content of MDA,Ca2+and SOD activity in pancreatic tissue were investigated in rats.AP model was induced by injection of 50 g·L-1 sodium taurocholate into pancreatic duct.All rats were randomly allocated into 3 groups:sham operation,untreated and BN52021 treated.The results showed that survival rate and mean survival time were much Prolonged in BN52021treated rats.At 6 h after induction of AP,serum amylase activity,pancreatic tissue Ca2+,MDA content were much lower and SOD activity was much higher in BN52021treated tats than those in untreated tats,It was suggested that BN52021 can improve the outcome of experimental pancreatitis in rats,which might be due to suppressing Ca2+ overload and scavenging oxygen free radical.
