| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠跳台法，观察安吉复１号（ＭＷ小于１万）和安吉复２号（Ｍｗ－１～３万）对小鼠促智作用的影响。实验结果表明，安吉复１号（０．０１、０．１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，ｉｍ，ｑｄ×７ｄ）能增强正常小鼠的学习记忆能力，且对东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇分别引起的小鼠记忆获得、巩固及再现障碍有不同程度的改善作用。但同等剂量的安吉复２号却未见对小鼠有明显的促智作用。

| Abstract: | The effct of An Ji Fu 1(MW<10000)and An Ji Fu 2(MW=10000～30000)on increase intelligence was invcestigated using step-down test.The results indicated that the An ji Ful(0.01,0.1 mg·kg-1,i,qd ×7d)increased learning and memory abilities of normal mice and the drug also improved the impairments of memory acquisition,memory consolidation and memory retrieval induced by scopalamine,NaNO2 and 3.4mol·L-1 alcohol in mice.But An ji Fu 2 do not have the effect on increase intelligent. |
