| 摘 要： | 脑缺血能引发机体自身微弱的内源性神经发生,但不足以修复脑缺血后神经损伤。应用中药治疗脑缺血性疾病时则根据疾病的病理病机,采用辨证论治的不同治法,通过综合调节发挥脑缺血后神经修复的优势。该文就炎症、神经血管单元、外源性干细胞移植、外泌体等对脑缺血后神经发生与修复的影响以及中药对其干预作用作一阐述。

| Abstract: | Cerebral ischemia can induce weak endogenous neurogenesis,which is not enough to repair neural injury after cerebral ischemia.In the treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases with Chinese medicine,different treatment methods based on syndrome differentiation are adopted according to the pathological mechanism of the diseases,and the advantages of neural repair after cerebral ischemia are well shown through comprehensive regulation.And in this paper,the effects of inflammation,neurovascular units,exogenous stem cell transplantation,exosomes and other factors on neurogenesis and repair after cerebral ischemia and the intervention of Chinese medicine are described. |
