高血压病患者血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽水平及卡托普利干预研究

目的探讨高血压病 (EH)患者血浆内皮素 1(ET1)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平及卡托普利治疗的影响。方法检测 48例EH患者应用卡托普利治疗前后和 2 2例正常人的血浆ET1、CGRP浓度。结果EH患者血浆ET1浓度 131 0± 32 2pg/ml较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,CGRP浓度2 5 4± 8 3pg/ml明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1) ;经卡托普利治疗 8周后ET1浓度为 119 4± 2 2 5pg/ml,CGRP浓度为 32 7± 7 9pg/ml,二者均有明显改变 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论ET1和CGRP参与了EH的发病过程 ,卡托普利治疗后在降低血压的同时能改善其血浆浓度

The levels of plasma endothelin- 1 and calcitonin gene- related peptide in patients with essential hy pertension and its changes after captopril treatment

Objective To study the levels of plasma endothelin-1(ET 1),calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and its changes after captopril treatment. Methods The levels of plasma ET 1,CGRP were measured in 48 EH patients before and after captopril treatment and 22 normal subjects. Results The levels of plasma ET 1 in EH patients were higher ( P <0.001),CGRP were lower ( P <0 001) than those of controls.The levels of plasma ET 1and CGRP were significantly changed after 8 weeks of treatment. Conclusion ET 1 and CGRP may be involved in the pathogenesis of EH.Captopril can decrease the levels of plasma ET 1,CGRP in EH patients.
