| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨周期蛋白Ｅ在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法检测原发性胆囊癌中ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ蛋白的表达。结果 ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ蛋白在原发性胆囊癌中的阳性表达率为５９．０９％（２６／４４），明显高于良性病变（Ｐ〈０．０５）；ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ蛋白在肿瘤分级中差异有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），在Ｎｅｖｉｎ分期中早期明显低于晚期（Ｐ〈０．０５）；有癌转移者明显高于未转移者（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluated the expression and significance of the cyclin E protein in primary carcinoma of gallbladder.(P C G).Methods The expression of the cyclin E protein in primary gallbladder carcinoma was tested by immunohistochemical Sp staining.Results The positive expression rates of cyclin E in primary gallbladder carcinama was 59.09% (26/44), which was higher than benign lesion of gallbladder (P<0.05).The expression level of cyclin E protein was presented a significant difference in the pathological grade (P<0.05).The positive rates in early stage was lower than late stage ones (P<0.05),and nonmetastatic cases were lower than metastatic cases (P<0.05). Conclusion The cyclin E protein plays an important role in the development and progression of primary gallbladder carcinoma and may be used as a tumor marker for primary gallbladder carcinoma. |
