| 摘 要： | 目的：观察依降钙素治疗老年性或自然绝经后骨质疏松引起的腰背疼痛的疗效。方法：依降钙素组１９例（男性１例，女性１８例；年龄６８±ｓ７ａ），用依降钙素ｉｍ，１０Ｕ／次，每周２次，４ｗｋ为一个疗程；对照组１５例（男性２例，女性１３例；年龄６７±６ａ）维生素Ｅ３０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，４ｗｋ。结果：依降钙素组腰背疼痛改善率为８４％，对照组腰背疼痛改善率为２７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：依降钙素对老年性或自然绝经后骨质疏松引起的腰背疼痛有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of elcatonin on backache caused by senile and postmenopausal osteoporosis. METHODS: Nineteen patients (M 1, F 18, age 68±s 7 a) received elcatonin 10 U/mL, im 2/wk for 4 wk, 15 patients (M 2, F 13, age 67±6 a) received tocopherol 30 mg, po, qd for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total clinical effective rate of elcatonin group was 84% and tocopherol group was 27%, P<0.01 . Adverse reaction were mild. CONCLUSION:Elcatonin is recommended for the therapy of backache due to senile and postmenopausal osteoporosis. |
