葛根素对糖尿病病人血小板功能及微量清蛋白尿的影响

目的 :观察葛根素对II型糖尿病病人血小板聚集功能及微量清蛋白尿的影响。方法 :对 46例II型糖尿病伴微量清蛋白尿病人 ,2 3例在常规治疗糖尿病 (甲苯磺丁脲或格列齐特口服 )基础上加用葛根素 30 0～ 40 0mg加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd× 13～ 15d。另 2 3例病人单用常规治疗 13～ 15d为对照组。 2组均于治疗前后检测血小板聚集率、血浆凝血烷B2 (TXB2 ) ,血浆α颗粒膜蛋白_14 0 (GMP_14 0 )、微量清蛋白尿的变化。结果 :葛根素组血小板聚集率下降 ( 48± 5 ) % ,TXB2水平下降 ( 116± 87)ng/L ,尿微量清蛋白下降 ( 138± 2 1)mg/L ;而常规治疗组依次为 ( - 1± 11) % ,( 1± 62 )ng/L及 ( 2± 35 )mg/L ;2组组间比较 ,差别均有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。反映血小板活化的GMP_14 0 ,2组均无显著改变。结论 :葛根素有改善血小板功能、减少糖尿病微量清蛋白尿的作用

Effects of puerarin on function of platelet and microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus

AIM: To observe the effects of puerarin on function of platelet aggregate and affection of microalbuminuria in non_insulin_dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). METHODS: Forty_six NIDDM associated with microalbuminuria were divided into 2 groups, 23 patients in the basis of conventional treatment of NIDDM (tolbutamide or gliclazide) with the addition of puerarin, 300_400 mg+0.9% sodium chloride 500 mL, iv, qd for 13_15 d; the another 23 patients as control group were received the simple conventional treatment of NIDDM for 13_15 d. Before and after treatment of the two groups, the patients were measured the platelet aggregate rates, throboxane B 2(TXB 2) level and microalbuminuria. RESULTS: Platelet aggregate rates reduced (48±5)%, TXB 2 level were lower (116±87) ng/L and microalbuminuria decreased (138±21) mg/L significantly (P<0.01) in the puerarin group; but in the conventional therapy group, there were (-1±11)%, (1±62) ng/L and (2±35) mg/L respectively; there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). While the granule membrane glycoprotein_140(GMP_140) did not obviously change in the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Puerarin improves function of platelet, thus plays the effect of decreasing microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus.
