文拉法辛与舒必利辅助治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的比较

目的 :比较文拉法辛、舒必利辅助治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法 :随机设文拉法辛、舒必利治疗组各 30例。 2组原神经阻滞剂治疗方案不变。文拉法辛组给文拉法辛 2 5～ 50mg ,po ,tid ;舒必利组给舒必利 0 .1g ,po ,bid。均治疗 8wk。用SANS ,BPRS ,TESS评分观察。结果 :2组有效率分别为 80 % ,73% ,差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。 2组治疗后SANS及BPRS总分差值显示差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。组间比较SANS示wk 1,2 ,4差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,wk 8差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;BPRS示仅wk 1差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。TESS示 2组随着疗程延长 ,不良反应均示有减轻 ,但 2组间差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :文拉法辛辅助治疗精神分裂症阴性症状较舒必利起效早、疗效好、且安全。

Venlafaxine vs sulpiride in adjuvant treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia

AIM: To compare the effect of venlafaxine and sulpiride in adjuvant treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. METHODS: All the patients were divided randomly into two groups: the venlafaxine group and the sulpiride group, 30 patients in each. The original therapy of nervous blocking agents was unchanged in the eight weeks. The venlafaxine group was given venlafaxine 25-50 mg, po , tid; The sulpiride group was given sulpiride 0.1 g, po , bid. All the patients were observed for 8 weeks with SANS, BPRS, TESS assessment. RESULTS: The effective rate in each group was 80%, 73% respectively ( P >0.05). The grading value of SANS and BPRS had greatly marked differences ( P <0.01). The comparison between two groups showed that the difference of SANS in wk 1, 2, 4 had been significantly marked ( P <0.01). Difference in wk 8 was not significant ( P >0.05). BPRS had significant difference in the first week only ( P <0.01). TESS showed that the adverse reactions decreased significantly with the treatment course in both groups. But the differences between the two groups were not significant ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: To treat negative symptoms of schizophrenia as an adjuvant method, venlafaxine has an earlier, better and safer efficiency than sulpiride.
