秋水仙碱贴膜治疗急性痛风性关节炎

目的 :观察秋水仙碱贴膜的疗效和不良反应。方法 :急性痛风性关节炎病人 4 0例 ,其中男性38例 ,女性 2例 ,年龄 52a±s 12a ,受累关节局部敷贴秋水仙碱贴膜 4 8h ,采用自身前后配对比较 ,观察并记录关节局部和全身反应情况。结果 :秋水仙碱贴膜可使关节局部炎症明显改善。其中关节充血发红完全消退 31例 ,显著减轻 9例 ;肿胀完全消退11例 ,显著减轻 2 9例 ;疼痛完全消失 15例 ,显著减轻 2 5例。受累关节周径和体积经治疗明显变小 (治疗前周径 2 4cm± 4cm ,体积 4 0 8cm3± 135cm3,治疗后周径 2 3cm± 4cm ,体积 357cm3± 12 7cm3,P<0 .0 1。结论 :秋水仙碱贴膜治疗痛风性关节炎快速有效 ,无局部或全身不良反应

Colchicine paster in treating acute gouty arthritis

AIM: To investigate the curative effect and adverse reaction of colchicine paster. METHODS: Forty patients (M 38, F 2; age 52 a± s 12 a) with acute gouty arthritis were observed. The colchicine paster was adhibited on the skin of the sore joint for 48 h in every patient. Both the local joint and the systemic reaction were observed and compared with the baseline by random paired statistic method. RESULTS: The colchicine paster could release the joint inflammation significantly. The hyperemia was disappeared in 31 patients, and improved significantly in 9 patients. The swelling was faded away in 11 patients and improved significantly in 29 patients. The pain was disappeared in 15 patients and abated in 25 patients. The perimeter and volume of swollen joints decrease significantly (perimeter from 24 cm±4 cm to 23 cm±4 cm, P <0.01; volume from (408±135) cm 3 to (357±127) cm 3. P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Colchicine paster is effective and without adverse reation in acute gouty arthritis treatment.
