| 摘 要： | 达比加群酯是一种新型口服抗凝药物,通过直接抑制凝血酶起到抗凝作用。达比加群酯2010年10月19日获准在美国上市,是继华法林之后50年来首个在美上市的口服抗凝血新药。该药具有口服、强效、无需特殊用药监测、药物相互作用少、不良反应小等优点。

| Abstract: | Dabigatran etexilate is a novel oral direct thrombin inhibitor which specifically and reversibly inhibits thrombin.On October 19,2010,dabigatran etexilate,the first oral warfarin alternative for 50 years was approved in the US.The major advantages of dabigatran etexilate include good oral bioavailability,potent, little drug interactions and adverse reactions,no special medication monitoring,etc. |
