莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的近期疗效

摘    要:目的 :观察莫沙必利缓解胃食管反流症状和治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法 :84例反流性食管炎病人 ,其中莫沙必利组 5 3例 (男性 36例 ,女性17例 ,年龄 4 3a±s 8a) ,给莫沙必利 5mg ,po ,qid ;奥美拉唑组 31例 (男性 18例 ,女性 13例 ,年龄 4 1a± 6a) ,给奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,po ,bid。 8wk后观察治疗前后症状积分及食管炎程度的变化 ,用t检验进行统计处理。结果 :莫沙必利组治疗 8wk后主要临床症状积分为 14 .1分± 0 .9分 ,食管炎程度积分为1.4分± 0 .7分 ,与治疗前 (6 6分± 5分 ,2 .8分±0 .6分 )相比 ,差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;与奥美拉唑组相比 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :莫沙必利能明显地缓解胃食管反流症状 ,治疗反流性食管炎疗效较好 ,并能治愈或减轻内镜下食管炎程度。

Abstract:AIM: To observe the effects of mosapride in treating reflux esophagitis. METHODS: Eighty four patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups. Fifty three patients (M 36,F 17; age 43 a± s 8 a)were treated with mosapride 5 mg po ,qid.Thirty one patients (M 18,F 13; age 41 a±6 a) were treated with omeprazole 20 mg po, bid. After 8 wk, the score of the symptom and the change of esophagitic degree before and after treatment were observed and the statistics were taken by t test. RESULTS: The score of mosapride groups symptom after 8 wk treatment was 14.1± 0.9 and the score of esophagitis degree was 1.4± 0.7 , which were more significant than those (66±5, 2.8 ±0.6) before the treatment( P< 0.01). Compared with omeprazole group, the rate had no significant differences. CONCLUSION: Mosapride obviously relieved the symptom of gastric esophageal reflux, and its therapeutic effect was better in curing reflux esophagitis. It either decreased the degree of reflux esophagitis or healed it.
