环孢素治疗狼疮性肾炎

目的 :观察环孢素治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效。方法 :采用环孢素 5mg·kg- 1·d- 1,分 2～ 3次口服治疗 30例狼疮性肾炎 ,疗程 12wk。治疗前后观察病人临床表现 ,尿蛋白定量 ,肾功能及血清C3 ,C4 ,T细胞亚群 (CD4 + ,CD8+ ,CD4 + /CD8+ )等指标。结果 :环孢素治疗 12wk后 ,病人临床症状明显改善 ,尿蛋白为 0 .4 g·2 4h- 1±s0 .9g·2 4h- 1,较治疗前明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,肾功能 (BUN为 6 .4mmol·L- 1± 1.2mmol·L- 1,Scr为 136 μmol·L- 1± 91μmol·L- 1) ,较治疗前明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清C3 ,C4 及T细胞亚群 (CD4 + ,CD8+ ,CD4 + /CD8+ )与治疗前比较差异均有显著意义。结论 :环孢素对狼疮性肾炎治疗有效

Ciclosporin in treating lupus nephritis

AIM: To observe the effects of ciclosporin in the treatment of lupus nephritis. METHODS: Thirty patients were treated with ciclosporin (5 mg·kg -1·d -1,po) for 12 wk. Before and after treatment, the values of proteinuria, renal functions, serum C 3, C 4, CD4 +, CD8 + lymphocyte counts and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + were detected. RESULTS: Clinical symptoms of the patients were obviously improved. Proteinuria (0.4 g·24 h -1±s 0.9 g·24 h -1) were decreased remarkably (P< 0.01). Renal function(BUN=6.4 mmol·L -1±1.2 mmol·L -1,Scr=136 μmol·L -1±91 μmol·L -1) was improved, too (P<0.01). Serum C 3,C 4 had significant change (P<0.01). CD4 +,CD8 + lymphocyte counts and ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + were different (P<0.01,<0.05) after treatment with ciclosporin for 12 wk. CONCLUSION: Our study expresses that ciclosporin is effective for lupus nephritis. However, its long-term use awaits futher studies.
