| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎９０例（男性１８例，女性７２例，年龄４７±ｓ１２ａ），随机分为芍药总甙（ＴＧＰ）６０例，１．８ｇ／ｄ，分３次ｐｏ，甲氨喋呤（ＭＴＸ）每同ｐｏ１次１５ｍｇ，２药均４ｗｋ为一个疗程，连用３个疗程。服药的ｗｋ４，８，１２，ＴＧＰ的总有效率分别为４５％，６０％和６３％，ＭＴＸ的总有效率分别为５３％，６７％和７０％，２组相比无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＴＧＰ的不良反应（２８％）低于ＭＴＸ（５７％）。

| Abstract: | Ninety patients with rheumatoid arthritis (M18, F72, age 47±s12 a) were divided into 2 groups. One group of 60 patients was given po total glucosides of peony (TGP) 0.6g,tid. Another group of 30 patients was treated with methotrexate(MTX)po, 15 mg per week. Two groups were treated for 12 wk. The effective rates of TGP in wk4,8, 12 were 45%, 60, and 63 %, respectively. The rates of MTX were correspondinly 53%, 67%, and 70%, respectively. No significant difference was found between these two groups(P>0.05). The adverse reactions were seen in 28% of patients in TGP group, which was obviously lower than that of the MTX group(57%). |
