补肾活血法对强直少动型帕金森病患者生活质量的影响

目的观察补肾活血法中药对强直少动型帕金森病(PD)患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照试验,共纳入PD患者60例,1例剔除、2例脱落,完成研究者57例,其中试验组(中西医结合组)29例,对照组(西药组)28例,疗程共3个月。以UPDRS评分、H-Y分级、PDQ-39的变化评价治疗的有效率、生活质量的改善情况等。结果试验组UPDRS总分及UPDRSⅡ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组有效率达48.28%,疗效明显优于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05);试验组H-Y分级呈下降趋势,对照组呈上升趋势。与治疗前相比,试验组PDQ-39总分及8项类别评分均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组仅总分及2项类别评分显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组在改善患者的日常生活能力、情感障碍、认知、躯体不适等非运动症状方面作用更为突出。结论补肾活血法从多靶点、多途径起到神经保护作用,能够增效减毒,从根本上改善PD患者的生活质量。

Influence of therapy of strengthening kidney and activating circulation on life quality of rigid type Parkinson's disease patient

Objective To observe the effect on quality of life in rigid type Parkinson's disease(PD) patients treated with therapy of strengthening kidney and activating circulation.Methods By adopting the randomized and controlled trial design,a total of 60 PD patients were randomly divided into treatment group(combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine) and control group(Western medicine).There were 29 cases in treatment group and 28 cases in control group,except 1 case was excluded and 2 cases lost to follow-up.The patients in both groups were all subjected to the treatment for three months.The UPDRS scoring,Hoehn & Yahr stage and PDQ-39 Scale of both groups were observed before and after the treatment so as to evaluate the improvement of quality of life and clinical efficacy.Results The total UPDRS score and UPDRSⅡscore decreased more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 48.28%,while control group was 14.29%;Hoehn & Yahr stage of treatment group became downward trend,while that of control group upward trend.Compared with prior treatment,besides total PDQ-39 scale,8 individual scores decreased significantly in treatment group,but only the scores of 2 cases decreased in control group.Conclusion Multi-target and pathway therapy of strengthening kidney and activating circulation can play neuroprotection and enhance efficacy & reduce toxicity,thus improve quality of life in rigid type PD patients.
