三维适形放射治疗中晚期贲门癌的近期疗效

目的观察三维适形放射治疗中晚期贲门癌的治疗效果。方法对36例贲门癌实施三维适形放射治疗,4～5．5Gy/次,隔日1次,10～12次完成治疗,肿瘤灶总剂量DT48～62Gy,随访24～48个月,平均32个月。结果1、2年生存率分别为88．9%和55．6%。治疗结束后3个月复查CT,肿块完全消失24例,缩小1/2以上者8例,缩小不足1/2者4例。结论三维适形放射治疗中晚期贲门癌是一种有效可靠的治疗方法,远期疗效有待进一步随访证实。

Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for gastric cardiac carcinoma of middle- advanced stage

Objective To assess the response of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) for gastric cardiac carcinoma for middle-advanced stage.Methods The 36 gastric cardiac carcinoma patients were treated with the 3D-CRT,which was given 4 to 5.5Gy per fraction,for 10-12 fractions;the total doses were 48-62Gy.All the patients were followed-up ranged from 24 to 48 months with averaged 32 months.Results Survival rates of one and two year for the entire group were 88.9% and 55.6%, respectively.All the patients were reexamined later 3 months after treatment,mass disappeared in 24 patients,shrink over 1/2 in 8 patients and the other cases didn't shrink as half as before.The overall response rate (CR PR) was 100% for the primary tumor.Conclusion The 3D-CRT is well tolerated in most patients with gastric cardiac carcinoma and could produce a good responses.Long-term results need to be further followed-up.
