| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲亢时血清心肌酶谱的变化,客观评价甲亢病情及继发心脏损害的危险性。方法对36例甲亢患者及35名健康者的血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)等心肌酶谱项目进行检测,并作对照分析。结果甲亢患者心肌酶谱各项检测指标明显异常,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),甲状腺激素的升高与心肌酶谱多项指标升高呈正相关。结论甲亢患者心肌酶谱显著异常,对心肌酶谱检测有助于判断甲亢病情及心脏受累程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the myocardial enzyme series(MES)of hyperthyroid,by which to objectively evaluate the state of hyperthyroidism and the risk of secondary cardio-injury.Method Blood samples of36hyperthyroidism patients and35normal people(as controlled group)were tested forAST,LDH,CK.etc.The obtained results were analyzed with controlled group comparatively.Results Compared with controlled group,the serum MES in hyperthyroidism were significantly abnormal(P<0.01).Conclusion Testing the MES is useful to estimate the state of hyperthyroidism and the extent of secondary cardio-injury. |
