半开放式髋关节镜手术诊治髋关节疾病

目的探讨半开放式髋关节镜在髋关节疾病中的应用价值,为髋关节疾病的治疗提供一种新的途径。方法总结12例半开放式髋关节镜手术。镜下手术包括髋关节滑膜瘤病2例,化脓性髋关节炎1例,股骨头坏死3例,强直性脊柱炎导致急性髋关节滑膜炎5例,髋关节脱位复位术后游离体形成1例。分别行病灶清除、置管冲洗、减压、滑膜清除、游离体取出等。结果12例均得到随访,随访时间6～40个月,优9例,良2例,可1例,术中、术后无并发症发生。结论半开放式髋关节镜切口小、安全、有效、恢复快、无盲区,为髋关节疾病的诊治提供了一个全新的手段。

Application of Majar hip arthroscopy in the treatment of hip joint disease

Objective To explore the clinical value of hip joint arthroscopy and its short-term curative effect in the treatment of hip joint disease. Method The 12 cases of hip joint disease were accepted artbroscopic treatment, including 2 hip joint tumour, 1 purulent hip joint arthritis,3 osteonecrosis of the femoral head,5 hip joint synovitis induced by ankylosing spondylitis, and 1 free-body in hip joint following reducation proeedure. By hip arthroscopy, these disease was subjected to arthroscopic treatment. Result All the cases were followed-up from 6 to 40 months. The handfoot function was excellent in 9 cases, good in 2, and fair in l.No complication occurred in all of the 12 patients. Conclusion Hip arthroscopy has such advantages as favorable effect, minimal invasion and quicker recovery, as well. Hip arthroscopy, which can confirm diagnosis, is a new therapy method for hip joint disease.
