| 摘 要： | 随着对甲壳素及其衍生物的不断关注,现已经形成甲壳素化学这一学科,本文着重围绕甲壳素化学体系结构中的N-乙酰D-氨基葡萄糖和D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐两种物质在生物领域中的应用和研究作简要概述.
