青麦养阴丸的质量标准研究

目的:建立青麦养阴丸的质量(白芍、白术、牡丹皮、郁金、麦冬等)标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别本制剂中的白芍、白术、牡丹皮、郁金、麦冬,采用HPLC法测定本制剂中的芍药苷含量。结果:薄层色谱可鉴别出白芍、白术、牡丹皮、郁金、麦冬的特征斑点。HPLC法测定的芍药苷在0.304～3.04μg(r=0.9984)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为95.7%,RSD为0.79%(n=6)。结论:本文方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Study on Quality Standard of Green Wheat Yangyin Pills

Objective:To establish the quality standard for green wheat Yangyin pills(Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,tree peony bark,turmeric,the tuber of dwarf lilyturf)).Method:By TLC to identify Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,tree peony bark,turmeric,the tuber of dwarf lilyturf,use HPLC method for the determination of the content for paeoniflorin.Result: the TLC can distinguish Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,tree peony bark,turmeric,the tuber of dwarf lilyturf characteristic spots.HPLC shows good linearship between 0.304μg and 3.04μg(r=0.9984)for paeoniflorin,the average recovery rate is 95.7%,the RSD is 0.79%(n=6).,Conclusion:this method is simple and reliable,strong specificity,good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control
