| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定复方刺五加片中紫丁香苷含量的方法。方法：采用高液相色谱法,以IhertsiI ODS-3vC18（Φ4.6×250mm,5μm）色谱柱分离,以甲醇：水=15：85为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min^-1,检测波长265 nm。结果：线性范围0.0408-0.3672μg,r=0.9999,测得平均回收率101.96%,RSD=0.99%。结论：高效液相色谱法简便、准确、灵敏度高、准确度好,可作为复方刺五加片含量测定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To set up a method for determining syringoside in Compound acanthopanax senticosus tablet.Methods： The analysis was carried on a column of ODS-C18 with a mobile phase consisted of methanol（15%）：water（85%）isogradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results：The linearity was obtained in the range of 0.0408～0.3672μg（r=0.9999）.The average recoveries of syringoside in Compound acanthopanax senticosus tablet was 101.96%,and the RSD was 0.99%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and rapid.It may be suitable for the usual quality control of syringoside and sensitive.It may be suitable for the determination of syringoside in compound acanthopanax senticosus tablet. |
